What Do I Need To Do

If you or a loved one have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you need to speak to a specialist personal injury lawyer as soon as possible. Try to do the following before your initial appointment with your chosen personal injury lawyer:
  • Record the registration number of the vehicle/s you think caused the accident (if possible)
  • Report the incident to the NSW Police on the Police Assistance Line or on 13 14 44, as soon as possible (but within 28 days of the accident), and obtain the Police Event number
  • If you have not received medical treatment, make an appointment with your doctor (GP), as soon as possible
  • Some time limits apply, so it is important to instruct a specialist personal injury lawyer as soon as possible
If in doubt, please contact us for an obligation-free initial appointment, to preserve your rights and entitlements.

Our No Win, No Fee Service Includes the Following:

  • Helping you better understand the Motor Vehicle Accident (CTP) scheme in NSW and your obligations
  • Completing the relevant notification forms
  • Identifying the insurer of the vehicle deemed to be “at fault”
  • Claiming medical expenses, such as counselling, physiotherapy and/or remedial massage
  • Claiming commercial cleaning or domestic assistance, if required
  • Obtaining weekly payments if you are unable to work
  • Assisting you in claiming lump sum compensation, if you are entitled
  • Assisting you in finalising your claim
No Win/No Fee options are available
