Our legal agency fees are as follows (for actual time spent in Court):
- $150 + GST – Mentions – obtaining hearing dates or straight forward adjournment, short directions hearings and consent applications, attendance at the Registry for document uplift requests
- $200 + GST – Contested applications under an hour
- $400 + GST – Appearances on notices of motion, lengthy applications more than an hour but less than two (2) hours
- $1200 + GST – Daily rate instructing barrister
$200 hourly rate for all other times if preparation is required or appearances exceed the time estimates in 1, 2, 3 or 4.
