Instructions

  • We take a thorough dive into your assets and superannuation, relationship circumstances and the circumstances of your proposed beneficiaries to give you proper advice.
  • Send and review pro forma instruction sheet to be completed by you.
  • Thorough assessment and discussion as to your options, in person, via telephone, zoom or teams.
  • Obtaining further information from you, your accountant, your superannuation trustee or financial planner.

Drafting your estate planning documents, sending to you for review and implementation of any necessary changes.

Signing Appointment.

  • Advising in relation to the documents prepared.
  • Making any last-minute changes.
  • Executing documents with you.

Attending on you Attorney and/or Enduring Guardian for acceptance of appointments in person, or by audio visual means such as Zoom or Teams.

Providing copies of your documents to you and your financial planner with letter of advice

Storage of originals in fire proof safe custody

Prices

Prices vary depending on complexity.

  • Simple Will: Single: $660, Couple: $1,000*
  • Will Package with either Power of Attorney or Appointment of Enduring Guardian: Single: $950, Couple: $1,500*
  • Will Package with both Power of Attorney and Appointment of Enduring Guardian: Single: $1,200, Couple: $2,000*

Other Estate Documents

  • Enduring Guardian and Power of Attorney: $440* for one service, or $660* for the packaged price of both services.
  • Advanced Care Directive from $330* and depending on complexity
  • Testamentary Trust Will: Individuals – $2,500, Couples – $4,000*
  • Special Disability Trust: Individuals – $2,500, Couples – $4,000*

*including GST and depends upon complexity, number of people you are including in the documents, and inclusion of and Enduring Power of Attorney, Appointment of Enduring Guardian, Letter of Wishes.
