Susan is our Clinical Consultant and is an integral part of our medical negligence team. She is a Registered Nurse with over 18 years of practice in critical care nursing and most recently, in the residential aged care and disability sectors.
As the Clinical Consultant for our team, Susan is the initial contact for our clients. Susan has an understanding, compassionate and empathetic approach in hearing the at times, distressing details of our client’s stories and experiences within health.
Susan’s knowledge of the healthcare setting and passion for excellence, transparency and accountability in healthcare inspired her to complete studies in law and she holds a current NSW practicing certificate. Susan is also a Paralegal within our medical negligence team.
Outside of work, Susan enjoys travelling, spending time in the snow and hiking.
